NSE-BSE bulk deals: Europacific sells most stake in Adani Ports

MUMBAI: Among the key bulk deals on Wednesday, Europacific Growth Fund sold most of its stake in Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, while SBI Mutual Fund lapped up shares of Matrimony. com from CMDB II.

Of the frontline indices, Sensex rose 0.88 per cent to 40,616.14 points, while peer Nifty climbed 0.8 per cent to 11,908.50 points.

Here’s who bought and sold what in some of the key bulk and block deals of the day:

>> Europacific Growth Fund sold 2,57,59,633 shares of Adani Ports at Rs 352.01 per share. The fund held 1.42 per cent stake in the company at the end of September.

>> BofA Securities Europe SA bought 10,92,654 shares of IndusInd Bank from Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) at Rs 646.75 per share.

>> SBI Mutual Fund lapped up 5,00,000 shares of Matrimony.com from CMDB II at Rs 628 per share. The latter held 14.49 per cent stake in the company at the end of September.

>> Promoter Thakkar Krupesh Ganshyambhai bought 1,00,313 shares of Rushil Décor at Rs 90 per share, while Family Fund sold 1,00,000 shares of the company at the same price. Thakkar, in his individual capacity already held 13.30 per cent stake in the company and the end of September.

>> Promoter Pronomoz Ventures bought 4,11,060 shares of Strides Pharma Science or entire 0.46 per cent stake of co-promoter Chayadeep Properties at Rs 653.55 per share. Pronomoz Ventures held 17.83 per cent stake in the company at the end of September.
